What is the MOQ for OEM orders?
Through our platform-sharing model, you can start with as few as 100 units for a custom enclosure design. Standard configurations are available at lower quantities for sample orders. Contact us for a specific quotation based on your requirements.
What certifications does the product carry?
The product is certified to EN 1717, EN 13077, CE, CB, RoHS, and REACH for the European market. EN 1717 backflow protection is designed into the ceramic water path from the start — not added as a bolt-on afterthought. Every platform ships with a complete technical file including test reports and declarations of conformity.
How long does OEM customisation take?
Customisation typically takes 2–4 months from design freeze to first samples, depending on the extent of changes. The shared internal architecture means electrical and water-path certification does not need to be repeated for enclosure-only changes.
Can I visit the factory before placing an order?
Yes. We welcome factory visits in Ningbo, China. You can inspect the production line, testing laboratory, and meet the engineering team. Schedule a visit — we usually confirm within one business day.
What water pressure and water supply does this wall-hung model need?
City mains pressure of approximately 3 bar is recommended; below about 2 bar the wash nozzles may not deploy fully. The unit connects to the cold-water supply only — a tankless ceramic heater delivers warm water instantly, so no hot-water line is needed. Gravity or tank-fed supply is not supported.
Which support frames is it compatible with?
Our wall-hung models mount on any in-wall frame with 180 mm fixing centres — Geberit Duofix, TECE and equivalent systems. The frame is supplied by the installer or your brand partner; a building-preparation drawing is included in the technical file.
