EN 1717 backflow protection is designed into the ceramic water path from the start — not added as a bolt-on afterthought. Every platform ships with a complete technical file including test reports and declarations of conformity.

How long does OEM customisation take?

Customisation typically takes 2–4 months from design freeze to first samples, depending on the extent of changes. The shared internal architecture means electrical and water-path certification does not need to be repeated for enclosure-only changes.

Can I visit the factory before placing an order?

Does this seat fit my existing toilet?

ES2401 fits most standard European bowls (V and D shapes). Send us your bowl dimensions — bolt-hole spacing and bowl length — and we confirm compatibility before you commit.

What power supply does it need?

A 220–240 V earthed socket near the toilet, ideally on a dedicated circuit. Bathroom socket placement must follow local rules (for example, French NF C 15-100 requires sockets more than 60 cm from shower or bath) — always have electrical work done by a professional.
